Kopesi Mobile App

With most of your customers already having a smart phone, the Kopesi Mobile app provides you with a feature rich way of addresssing your customers' financial needs. Your customers can access the app as an Android or IOS app. Due to the robustness of Kopesi Mobile App, you are able to define the user experience for your customers with options like allowing self registration with Photo and National Identification Documents collected

Kopesi USSD Systems

The Kopesi USSD provides a real time and interactive access to Kopesi on any mobile phone without the need for Internet access. The users will have to dial a USSD Code (A USSD code is accessed by dialling a number like *200#) from where they will be able to navigate through menus for performing a desired operation like requesting a loan, repaying a loan and many other features. User registration can also be allowed from the USSD.

Kopesi SMS Notifications

Kopesi provides you with SMS add on to help in verifying customer details which in turn ensures the security of your customer data and money.
